I have always been incredibly interested in scientific research, specifically in the fields of forensics, biochemistry, and microbiology. I plan to contribute to my community by doing research in these fields in the future, and my academic success in high school gives me high hopes for my success. Aside from academics, I have spent over half of my life surrounded by music. I started playing piano when I was six, and have learned many more instruments as I've grown up. I can't think of a period in my life that wasn't surrounded by music, especially in the past few years. I will continue this passion as I grow up no matter what happens, as I cannot picture my life without music. Both music and academics have taken me many places across the country, and I hope they continue to do to so as I grow in my endeavors. I hope to become very successful in my career, but before that, I wish to explore the world around me, finding new places and things to love every day.
