Athletics are at the center of my life, and I approach everything with one mindset: give it everything, every single time. I have been a varsity lacrosse and hockey player since sophomore year while competing in club lacrosse and club hockey year-round. Playing at both levels has sharpened my instincts, footwork, and ability to perform under pressure. I play attack and midfield and pride myself on making players better. My coaches point to me as someone who sets the tone in practice — I never take a rep off. That same standard carries into the classroom. Balancing two varsity sports and a demanding course load and a job has built discipline. I approach every assignment the way I approach practice — full effort, no shortcuts. I want to raise the standard in every room I walk into.
