I am a well travelled, energetic, detailed-oriented human/social service professional, with a passion & proven record of promoting, encouraging & creating pathways for growth in the lives of disadvantaged students, youth and young adults. I believe that success plays an important role in who you become as a person, but ultimately, life is measured by your use of that success to serve others and the less fortunate. Some of my greatest achievements to date are earning a Division I scholarship for basketball to attend Hofstra University, and starting a scholarship fund that has provided $8,000 to at risk students pursuing higher education. I aspire for this fund to grow into a program, and later a non profit tailored to provide resources to at risk/low income/minority students. Currently, I am the head coach for Camden High School girl's basketball program (the best job I have EVER been paid to do. I would do it for free to be honest), a case manager for a non-profit organization and I am pursuing my MA and EdS in School Psychology.
