I am a Nutrition and Wellness student at Georgia State University driven by a mission to expand access to healthy, culturally relevant, and affordable nutrition for all. My passion for nutrition grows from seeing how deeply food access shapes well‑being, confidence, and opportunity. This belief guides my work across sports nutrition, community engagement, clinical support, and public health research.
At Oxford College of Emory University, I support student‑athletes by translating evidence‑based nutrition into performance strategies that help them fuel confidently and sustainably. Through Global Health & Nutrition Consults, I conduct nutrition assessments, coordinate patient care, and educate women and families at community events; these experiences that remind me daily of the human stories behind nutrition.
I also work on Georgia State’s multi‑campus food access mapping initiative and serve on the Georgia Food & Nutrition Security Summit Planning Committee, where I help connect partners, support outreach, and contribute to efforts aimed at addressing hunger and advancing nutrition equity.
My goal is to become a registered dietitian working at the intersection of international nutrition, sports performance, and community wellness. I hope to use nutrition as a tool for empowerment, supporting stronger, healthier communities locally and globally.
