My life goals are to transfer to a university and major in Foreign Language and Literature. Once I’ve received my bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, I will be achieving my TEFL certificate so I'll be certified to teach English abroad.
I’m most passionate about learning languages. Ever since I started taking Spanish classes in High School, I’ve always enjoyed learning languages. The best part is the people you’ll meet and the connections you can make with others from different countries with different backgrounds. Once I’ve reached proficiency in Spanish, I would love to learn Japanese, Korean, Italian, and American Sign Language.
I would be a great candidate for receiving this scholarship money because I will use it beneficially. To help with paying for classes, books, tuition, and extra costs.
To receive this scholarship money would help tremendously on my journey through school, as all my dreams come true!

I plan to inspire the youth with my career by spending my spare time volunteering in my community. And supporting those who need it the most. I’m currently in a Community Spanish Interpreter Certificate program at Beaufort County Community College This school is located in Washington, NC. I plan on using my certificate to help those who can't speak fluent English and need help doing daily tasks while living in America. I would love to become an Interpreter, a Spanish Teacher, and an ESL teacher. Because I want to be able to travel abroad and help those in different countries and my country. I'm hoping my dreams do come true! And I'm so excited and optimistic for my future!
