I am most passionate about cooking. Cooking, baking, and just culinary arts in general is when I find the most creative ability and fluidity. When I started my culinary path I was very young and I started to allow me and my younger sibling to be able to eat. After teaching myself for most of my life and learning to love and learn more about the ability to take simple ingredients and turn it into something people need to survive and creating happiness and family time and traditions with it made me fall in love with culinary even more and I am ready to take that step of making it into my career path.
