My goal is to become a lawyer and use my voice to advocate for others and promote justice. I am passionate about advocacy and public speaking which I have developed through my involvement in Speech and Debate, serving as Historian in the Florida Future Educators of America, and leading my school’s Poetry Club. Through community service, including mentoring students in literacy and organizing elementary debate tournaments, I have worked to make a positive impact in my community. My leadership, dedication to service, and commitment to academic excellence make me a strong candidate for this scholarship.
