Wellness Warriors Scholarship
I manage my wellness while attending college by using most of my time to finish homework and study for tests. Whenever I have homework planned or tests planned for the next week, I try my best to finish my homework as fast as possible before I go on to my next week's assignments. I even try to spend at least an hour on each homework, that way I am not wasting a whole day trying to finish one of my homework. I had trouble finishing homework back then in high school. For example, when I started my junior year, I had issues with English class essays. I lost my confidence when I could not finish a persuasive essay regarding school shootings. That was when I started falling behind on my other assignment from that class, and gradually from my other classes.
From high school to community college, I had to think of ways and implement them to my advantage of concentration. I had to listen to music, think about only homework, spend more time on hard assignments, etc. It was quite difficult to maintain my concentration. Then, when I started university, I did very well in my first semester. I received three A's and one B. It is because I took online classes, and I spent most of my time finishing homework and studying for tests. I had gotten older from high to college that I understood more about time management and concentration. I needed the motivation to help me finish my assignments.
Maintaining my wellness helps me succeed as a student because it keeps me focused on my goals and obligations. I would want to succeed in life to become a radiologist when I get older. I am currently achieving my Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. I am also looking for a job in the medical field as an entry-level job. It is because I need to learn the value of money. The stress and strain can be a nuisance when success comes my way, but I need to amount myself to something worthy for the future. I also need to fulfill my duties and obligation with diligence.
For example, when I apply for scholarships, I do the best I can to write essays until the due date is passed. When I apply for a job, I find certain qualifications regarding my status and have help from my fellow friends.
