Hello! My name is Aminah Kallon and I am currently a graduate student in Loyola University’s Clinical Professional Counseling master’s program. I am deeply committed to personal growth, academic excellence, and making a meaningful impact in my community. As a Black woman pursuing higher education, I am very aware of the financial and emotional challenges that often come with this path, and I have learned to use those challenges as motivation rather than obstacles. I am passionate about using my education to support others and create positive change. Receiving this scholarship would allow me to focus more fully on my studies, professional development, and service-oriented goals, without the added weight of financial stress.
