I am a clinical social worker with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work. I currently serve as a therapist for an adolescent residential substance use treatment program for low-income youth. My work focuses on supporting teens navigating addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. Before taking on this role, I worked as a juvenile probation officer, which strengthened my commitment to early intervention and restorative justice approaches. I am passionate about systemic change and aspire to become a policy advocate focused on enhancing mental health and substance use services for justice-involved youth and other vulnerable populations.
