Bio

Working with young children has shaped not only what I want to do, but who I am becoming. I am a high school senior who will be attending my first choice college this fall, where I plan to major in elementary education with minors in psychology and theatre. Throughout high school, I have been involved in athletics and theater, which have helped me build confidence, creativity, and the ability to connect with others. Outside of school, I work in an early childhood learning center, where I spend my days caring for and engaging with young children. This has been the most meaningful part of my growth and has truly confirmed how much I love working with kids. Being with young children every day has taught me patience, empathy, and how important it is to create an environment where they feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. I take that responsibility seriously and try to show up each day with intention and care. I care deeply about making each child feel supported and valued, even in the smallest everyday moments. I am motivated to keep growing and learning, and I am committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of children through education and mentorship. This is not just the path I am choosing, but the purpose I am growing into.
