Hi! My name is Amber Aviles and I am as senior attending the Academy of Health Sciences at Prince George Community College. I am a first generation, Hispanic American, and bilingual. I am currently a duel enrollment student, earning my high school degree as well as an associates in Health Sciences. I plan to attend a four-year institution where I will study neuroscience and biochemistry. Since I've been young I've had an interest in STEM, especially chemistry and the workings of the mind. I spend most of my free time babysitting, volunteering, reading and baking. I enjoy being involved with my community, be it working with clubs or volunteering. I am an advocate for cultural awareness hosting events for cultural exchange countywide.
