The fire and passion to inspire others to see the beauty of everything around them gives me the passion to wakeup and do art. From an early age I always found myself drawing whatever I saw. Rather it was a leave or a bird. Art has kept me sane and kept me calm. I love art every form. Rather it be a photograph of nature or food. A unique shaped building or statue. Or a apartment building with a vintage design such as art nouveau. Everything I see and hear inspires me. Inspires me to be better to treat myself better. To wakeup and be glad to have the ability to see you hear and feel things around me. To see people dancing or singing. To see someone laughing amongst friends and see the beauty within it. To hear music on the radio and suddenly get the urge to go paint.paint whatever I heard in that song. Or to paint my emotions. To paint things I didn't know that I felt. Or what others might be feeling. This scholarship would help me pursue my passion by taking away some of the burden of funding my education. My goal is to teach art to others. To spark their curiosity and give them the fire they didn't know that they have. To help others also see the beauty in everyday objects and events. Art is in everything you see and hear and things you smell and touch. The dirty sneakers. The bright yellow backpack. The doughnuts shaped like a unicorn or bumblebee. To the design of the latest car. Even new shoes have become more about the design than the functionality of them. And become collectors items. Painting and drawings that look lifelike as well as ones you might see as ugly or strange. Art is open to interpretation. Art is beauty. Art is pain. Art is chaos. Art is showcasing a war torn country. Art is whales swimming in the ocean.y passion for art at first was a hobby. But now it has become so much more than that. It's a sense of being a calmness. A way of life. I love the feeling of painting or making a design on the computer. Drawing a quick sketch and letting my fingers just flow and create something. And then stepping back and bring in awe of what I created. I love to watch people of all ages experience art. Art is for everyone. It's calming after a long day. It's fun. It's a conversation starter. Can start debates. It's open to interpretation. The art of a child can be just as beautiful or better than a trained artist who has twenty or more years of experience. I've seen children with no formal training go on to be great. And those in impoverished areas create beautiful works of art. They just need to be seen by the right person. The same for anything else. Rather it be a photographer or the next popular movie director or screenwriter. I love art and everything that encompasses it. Art is everything to me. Art has saved me. Art inspired me. I want to pass the passion of art and seeing beauty to others. To people in my class to teachers. And to future students of mines. And to strangers I see outside as they happen to walk pass and see me doing art. I want to influence the next generation of creators and influencers in our society. To be better and think more openly and honestly. To think and see everything ver clearly and with hope.
