I aspire to give back to my community in any way possible. Intending to work in environmental psychology, I hope to apply my knowledge towards the relationship between our natural environment and humans. This way it is possible to discover and utilize ways to ultimately improve our lives on earth. I am very passionate about our impact on the earth. With a past environmental course, I concluded that I want to be part of a world that is sustainable and green! The smallest changes make a difference. My passions also extend to providing mental support to those in need. I am also interested in becoming a therapist to pursue this passion. I would like to believe that I'm a worthy candidate as I am willing to use all my efforts to achieve my goals and be a strong advocate for my beliefs.

    As a bright light is shown across your face, you see hundreds of people look straight at you with eagerness. The feeling of my stomach dropping and heart beating was always one I expected when I had a performance. Ballet Folklorico has been a significant part of my high school experience. Never have I felt more welcomed into a group than Alma Mexicana. The transition between middle school and high school is bound to be stressful. This new family of mine allowed me to blunder and adjust to my new environment without judgment. My first performance was a bold one.
