    My health journey began nearly a decade ago when I first embarked on my dance adventure as a total beginner. As my passion for dance grew, I realized the importance of taking care of my physical well-being. Throughout my dance career, I have faced numerous challenges and injuries, including severe Achilles tendonitis (small tears in the tendon and inflamed blood vessels), stress fractures, bone bruises, and knee tears. However, through a combination of training, proper nutrition, rest, and additional therapies, I have been able to overcome these obstacles and continue pursuing my dreams as an elite dancer. As I transitioned from a casual dancer to a more serious one, my perspective on my health and well-being shifted. I recognized that to pursue dance at a higher level, I needed to prioritize my physical health and take proactive measures to prevent injuries. This realization marked the beginning of my health journey. Throughout my dance career, I have faced various injuries, from severe Achilles tendonitis and stress fractures to bone bruises and knee tears. Each injury presented its own set of challenges and required careful management and rehabilitation. To recover and prevent further injuries, I have incorporated cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and stretching into my routine. These activities have not only helped me develop my skills as a dancer but have also played a crucial role in building strength, stability, and resilience in my body.
