Bio

Hi there! I'm a Bible and Theology Major with a Double Major in Pastoral studies. I have just finished my junior year. I'm a servant of God determined to give my life to Him on high. I believe that Jesus Christ is my savior and that I can only get to Heaven and have eternal life through His death on the Cross. My main goal is to become a youth pastor and, eventually, a local church's senior pastor. I love music, missionary work, and talking to people from all walks of life. I sing in my school's chorale and do Bible evangelizing in the local community near my school. My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 119:36-38 "Turn my heart toward your statutes and not toward selfish gain. Turn my eyes away from worthless things; preserve my life according to your word. Fulfill your promise to your servant so that you may be feared." The Bible is God's Word and the ultimate authority in my life. I am a sinner saved by His amazing Grace, and even though I still sin and am not perfect, He forgave all of my sins through His precious blood. I believe that God can use me to do His perfect will; therefore, it is reasonable to give my life to Him, according to Romans 12:1-2. He is El-Shaddai Adonai- My King and Lord!

My story is slightly different because of where I come from, belief-wise. I aspire to help others be their best; however, I know their best in Jesus Christ. There is nothing good that I have done aside from obeying His Word and loving others according to the Bible's truth. The Bible has urged me to go outside my comfort zone and helped me do things I thought I'd never do, from just refereeing flag football and encouraging kids to play hard and enjoy the love of the game to going to an elderly person's house on home visitation. Both scenarios have God's people who need to know He loves them; it's my job to remind them how much He cares. People are my passion; I love their stories and the traits they carry out. Anytime I can help someone, it is of the utmost importance to me. Recently, I went to a rescue mission in Western Maryland with a church youth group. We were there for a few hours, feeding homeless and jobless residents from the region. Growing up, I would help pack boxes for kids in Romania, help out at pregnancy shelters, and pack cool shoe boxes for kids in other countries. Helping and serving are passions that I try to inspire into other people, the reality is: "People don't care how much you know, unless they know you care." I try to govern myself with this principle and care for others deeply. Whether it's my friend who needs help with their car, a prayer request, a place to stay for the evening, or just a shoulder to cry on. My mission is to be hospitable and show others the eternal joy of a relationship with Jesus Christ. If it were not for Him, I would treat people terribly; instead, He saved me and transformed my life completely. My purpose in life is to serve others just like Jesus served His disciples and the needs of His children. I am not above hard work, and the drive from my soul is to see people's lives changed through God's glorious gospel. I would say that the Lord has gifted me with excellent people skills, communication, problem-solving, and counseling abilities. Every time a person struggles, I want to see them succeed, whether it's my peers or someone in authority over me. Passionately and purpose make up why I serve in the role I am in today; ministry is service, and ministry is helping others to become better people for the glory of the Lord

My experiences are pretty unique as I am a rainbow baby. What is a rainbow baby, you may ask? It is someone who was born after a previous baby had been miscarried. My mother lost her daughter before me; her name was Jordan. As a born-again Christian, I stand firmly against the pro-choice and pro-abortion stances. I have participated in local pregnancy centers providing help and supplies as a young teen, and paid dues to Walk For Life. Each Walk For Life was intentional, as I do not promote the death of newborns. As a Bible College student, I believe that my position is essential. I feel led by the Lord to serve in full-time vocational ministry as a pastor. Why is it important? The pastor leads the congregation spiritually and protects the sheep from wolves and bears (false teachers and philosophy.) Anytime I see a post on pro-life sanctity, I incline to share it on social media. Sharing on social media is one thing, but I inform people daily and give biblical evidence. Jeremiah 1:5 tells us, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; before thou camest out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." God was talking to the prophet Jeremiah about what God's plan for his life came before He even created Jeremiah physically. I believe each child is a precious life created BY GOD and bear His image (Genesis 1:27.) Anytime I have a chance to speak against the murder of unborn children is an opportunity to say why it's wrong. I have researched, seen the images, and explained them to people online and verbally. The most potent form I use against abortion is prayer. Morally, murder is against a holy God who is the author of life. I pray as often as I can for God to intervene. I do not hate the people who perform these actions, but their actions themselves. As a child born after a miscarriage, I am grateful to be alive. Friends from both now and before have explained their grief in getting an abortion or miscarrying. A heart full of burden and sadness weighs on me anytime I hear or read reports of these actions being carried out so callously. No matter how much opposition or grief is caused to me, I do not shy away from protesting. My mother lost two children, but God blessed her with two babies amidst this unfortunate tragedy. Some people live in darkness and actively oppose life; however, they are not our enemies. Satan, the prince of this world, has blinded them, and it is my job to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:18-20.) The light of this world comes from my Savior because only He can truly change the hearts of the wicked and not myself alone. I seek to restore those who regret their choices, not tear them down further. Your decisions affect your life, but God's saving Grace supersedes all that we can think, say or ask. I'll continue to preach and endorse all avenues for life.
