Hi My name is Ali, I am hard working, goal driven, motivated to achieve my goals. Currently, I’m pursuing my masters in health psychology and eventually going for my doctorate in the same field. I’m also work full time a employee at a psychiatric hospital. In this career path I chose with stress management, to be an advocate for psychological/mental health, trauma, suicide. Some days are more difficult than others of trying to balance personal, home, career, and work life. I’m paying for classes myself by payment plans and or loans. I’m the only one who work. Since my parents and niece are unable to work. My parents and I take are of my niece who has a chromosomal and neurological disorder. She needs assistance every aspect of her life and constant care. My niece is unable to walk, talk, or move on her life. Since COVID hopefully my wife is able to come soon. As the immigration process is slow pace but hopefully speeds up for my wife to come. I hope to be in my career successful in my career not just for my family but for the community. It is a good whole new world, since COVID. As I go day by day of how it changed many. It has changed them psychological and physically. I am grateful for these opportunities to be able to apply for these scholarships. I know this will not just help me but for my family
