I'm a Lemelson Honors student at UCLA studying Anthropology and Global Health, driven by one question: why has so much of women's health been left unexplained? Looking into PMDD, I found a research field with small studies, no reliable biomarkers, and long delays to diagnosis. So I co-founded the I'MHERe Project, building a free, private symptom-tracking app (now in beta) to bring research closer to menstruators and, in time, ground PMDD in biology rather than symptoms alone. Our roadmap includes a consented biobank and multi-omics dataset. Beyond I'MHERe, I mentor middle schoolers through The Bruin Experiment, model with Mainline Models and Teams, and speak Norwegian, English, and French, which shapes how I approach global health: with curiosity, cultural humility, and a determination to make science work for everyone.
