For the past seven years I have worked at the intersection of technology and financial services. This experience has made me passionate about financial inclusion and I am thrilled at the prospect of leveraging the knowledge I have gained thus far in my career, and the specialized knowledge and community I will gain through my graduate school program, to work towards creating a world that is more economically just. I have a powerful vision of leading an organization like Accion’s Global Advisory Solutions or TechnoServe’s Global Entrepreneurship and Strategic Initiatives as Managing Director. Through this type of role, I will champion economic inclusion by accelerating social ventures and making the business case to transform corporations to better serve society. In my free time, I enjoy learning more about Social Impact Investing through my work with Acumen Next, helping non-profits in the environmental sustainability space scale their work as a volunteer business consultant with Seed Consulting Group, surfing, skiing, or curling up on the couch with an Isabelle Allende novel.
