Being one of the few students of color in these environments, I often felt like an outsider, grappling with feelings of isolation and the pressure to conform. However, I refused to let these obstacles define me. Instead, I embraced my cultural heritage and sought to bridge the gap between my Nigerian roots and the diverse communities I found myself in.
