My passion is to teach the littlest minds. I am a teacher aide for a kindergarten class every day and love every minute of being with those kids. I want to go to school to be an early education teacher. My other passion is writing clean romance. I have several stories I have started and hope someday to publish a book.

My passion to become a teacher comes from my love for children. During my senior year of high school, I had the overwhelming joy of joining a kindergarten class as a teacher’s assistant, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Each day, I watch these young learners grow, discover new things, and develop confidence in themselves. Witnessing their progress, their excitement when they grasp a new concept, or their pride in sharing their work has only strengthened my desire to pursue teaching as a lifelong career.
Not only has this one year sparked this journey, but I was inspired years ago by my seventh-grade teacher, Mrs. Ashley Reel, who has remained a guiding light throughout my education. Her compassion, encouragement, and belief in her students showed me how a teacher can truly change lives. She was there through my most challenging moments, reminding me that perseverance and kindness can make all the difference. Mrs. Reel taught me that teachers are more than educators; they are mentors, cheerleaders, and role models who help shape the future. I aspire to be that kind of teacher: someone who inspires confidence, fosters growth, and helps students see their own potential.
Teaching is one of my many passions that can greatly benefit my career. For instance, I am extremely organized; everything has its designated place. I am schedule-oriented, even though I understand that things may not always go according to plan. I have a talent for breaking down complex concepts in a way that makes them understandable to others. Even when I was younger, I enjoyed explaining difficult words and ideas to my younger relatives, and this ability quickly became one of my strongest skills.
After careful consideration, I am committed to utilizing my resources to pursue a career in education. I believe that teaching plays a vital role in shaping the future by cultivating young minds and fostering a love for learning. My aspiration is not only to impart knowledge but also to inspire students and help them develop critical thinking skills. I find immense fulfillment in witnessing those moments when students grasp challenging concepts and their faces light up with understanding.
Through this journey, I hope to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and personal growth. Ultimately, I aim to contribute positively to the educational landscape and empower future generations to reach their full potential. Over the course of my high school career, I’ve seen the realities of teaching from every angle; the good, the bad, and all the complicated moments in between. Despite the challenges, I find myself drawn to the joy that comes from watching children learn, grow, and develop into confident individuals. Those small victories, the spark in their eyes when something finally connects, make every tough moment feel worthwhile and continue to fuel my passion for becoming a teacher.
