Bio

Hi! My name is Addie, and I’m a dual-enrollment student at the University of Florida. I’m an early high school graduate and plan to attend nursing school with the goal of pursuing a PhD in neuropsychology, focusing on pediatric neurodivergence. I am extremely passionate about neurology and assisting children with various learning disabilities find their love for education and learning. I have a weighted GPA of 4.72 and in the top 4% of my class. I’m the founder of Girls 4 Med and have volunteered with children and in my community. I’m certified in CPR, Stop the Bleed, and First Aid, and I’ve led initiatives in student government and various honor societies. A scholarship will support my journey toward becoming a pediatric psychiatric nurse and advocate for children; giving them a much needed voice. I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of neuroscience and psychology, and strive to conduct meaningful research throughout my career.
