I love learning and creating things. I love being a part of children's learning experiences. Watching the spark children get when they finally understand something they have been struggling with and knowing I had a part of that is one of the main reasons I love working with children in the library. I am working towards becoming a children's librarian. I currently work at my local public library as a shelver and as an assistant to the children's librarian. My favorite part of the job is working with all the children who come through our doors.
