Hello, My name is Abigail, I am 21 years old. I have a beautiful 2-month-old daughter named Scarlett. I started my higher education journey fresh out of high school by going to my dream college, Emerson. I had always wanted to be a movie director however that dream was a tad short-lived for me. Out of 3 years of being enrolled I only attended a full 3 semesters due to financial issues. I used to work 16 hour days, 5 days a week in order to afford tuition. Sadly, when I became pregnant fall of 2023 I was too sick to attend anymore and had to withdraw. Now that my daughter is here I have found myself looking to go back to school in a different field. I have newly found aspirations of being a Neuro-sonographer and one day I will achieve that goal. I applied for Bunker Hill Community College and will be starting my prerequisite classes this fall. I have a 3.6 GPA, I am hoping to raise that as well. Though I will have long stressful days and even longer sleepless nights ahead of me I know that I can do it and will not stop until I succeed. In the future, I hope to pay off my credit card debt, my car loan, and my student loans, and then finally save enough to buy/build my dream house and give my daughter the most amazing life she could ever dream of.
