Bio

My life goal is to develop practices in psychology that helps citizens improve their mental health. Because of this, I plan to pursue a major related to psychology, minor in business and undertake research in college. I eventually plan to become an entrepreneur to develop a mental health startup that aims to address the unequal access to healthcare and mental wellness. Anton Checkov once said, “Man will become better when you show him what he is like.” This quote has inspired me to learn more about psychology and made me passionate to better the lives of people around the world. I am constantly learning new ideas, languages and skills because I believe education is a privilege in the current society and I plan to implement this knowledge to better this society. I am a worthy candidate to receive scholarships because I have a vision to uplift the lives of citizens and I am focused to put in the hard-work to make that vision come true.
