Wilmington Delaware Scholarship
Higher education is an opportunity that should be available and accessible to all who wish to pursue it, but that often isn’t the reality.
Many students, especially those from lower-income families and communities, don’t have the financial resources they need to prepare for or enroll in college. Tuition prices can be an insurmountable barrier for students who are wary of taking on significant loans with high interest rates, which can often prove difficult to repay.
This scholarship aims to support inner city kids of Wilmington, Delaware, by lowering the financial burden of college as they begin their pursuit of college education.
Any high school senior who is a resident of Wilmington, Delaware, may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they will attend college after graduation.
To apply, tell us about yourself, how you plan to make a difference in the world, what you plan to study in college, and what your career will look like.
