This is for those solo creators out there. Do you have something to say that the world needs to hear? How will you say it? Video, photography, writing, painting, yelling really loud? Whatever it is, this scholarship is here to help you learn how to say it as authentically and uncompromisingly as possible.
Technology today allows us to create so much all by ourselves. I built my career on it and now I want to help you build yours.
The Wheezy Creator scholarship will support one brave and ambitious creator who has a brilliant vision and purpose for what they would like to create.
What do you want to create? What do you want to say through your creation? Why do you think it’s vital for the world to see your creation?
The application deadline is Mar 14, 2021. Winners will be announced on Apr 5, 2021.

The scholarship award is $1,000.
The winner will be publicly announced on Apr 5, 2021. Prior to the announcement date, we may contact finalists with additional questions about their application. We will work with donors to review all applications according to the scholarship criteria. Winners will be chosen based on the merit of their application.
We will send the award check to the financial aid office of the winner’s academic institution or future academic institution in their name, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school’s requirements). If the student's academic institution does not have a financial aid office, the student will receive the funding directly.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to verify their academic enrollment status by providing a copy of their most recent transcript.
