Peyton Heart Project Scholarship in Memory of Adam Walton
Adam James Walton was a beloved son, cherished brother, and true friend who died by suicide on September 25, 2022, at the age of nineteen.
Adam was a graduate of North Penn High School, Class of 2021, and he had just started his sophomore year at Ursinus College when he left the world too soon. He enjoyed spending time with his brother, family, and friends, and he loved fishing and playing video games. Adam was academically gifted and was on a pre-med track to become a psychiatrist. Adam was a trusted and empathetic mentor to his friends and peers, known for always putting others before himself. He was also side-splittingly funny, with a smile that would light up a room.
This scholarship seeks to continue Adam Walton’s legacy by helping deserving students who are passionate about mental health awareness.
