Pettable Pet Lovers Scholarship Fund
There is nothing quite like coming home after a long day of work or school and seeing your pet waiting for you at the door.
Pets do wonders for our mental health and are the best companions. At Pettable, we know first-hand the healing benefits of having a pet. That is why we launched Pettable- to connect individuals with certified mental health professionals who are qualified to prescribe ESA Letters for housing and travel.
This scholarship aims to support college students who are pet owners and appreciative of the love they receive from their pets.
Any undergraduate or graduate student who’s a pet owner or pet lover may apply for this scholarship.
To apply, share the story behind your pet photo submission! Write a brief Instagram caption about how your pet has improved your life/mental health. Be sure to include your pet's name and a link to your Instagram. The best submissions will be featured on the Pettable Instagram! Please submit your Instagram handle link where it says "Enter your application link" below.

The winner will be publicly announced on Aug 31, 2022. Prior to the announcement date, we may contact finalists with additional questions about their application. We will work with donors to review all applications according to the scholarship criteria. Winners will be chosen based on the merit of their application.
Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner's academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school's requirements). If the award is for a qualified educational non-tuition expense, we will work with the winner directly to distribute the award and make sure it goes towards qualified expenses.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to confirm their academic enrollment status. Depending on the circumstances, verification of Student ID and/or their most recent transcript will be required.
