LPQue Rivalry Scholarship
North Carolina A&T State University and North Carolina Central University are rival schools that are both HBCUs - Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
The owners of Lawrence and Perry Barbeque attended these universities, helping prepare them for their business success. HBCUs offer students the opportunity to receive a top-notch education in a welcoming environment for a lower price than at a different type of school.
This scholarship seeks to support students who are preparing to finish out their high school years so they can achieve their academic goals.
Any high school senior in the Warren County School District of North Carolina may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they will attend North Carolina A&T State University or North Carolina Central University.
