Kumar Family Scholarship
Students often aren’t on equal footing when it comes to applying for and attending college.
First-generation, low-income students are often at a particular disadvantage when compared to their peers. In addition to the financial obstacle presented by the high cost of tuition for low-income students, first-generation learners are often forced to face higher education with limited outside help.
This scholarship seeks to support underserved students who need financial assistance in order to pursue higher education.
Any low-income high school or undergraduate student with at least a 3.2 GPA and participation in extracurricular activities may apply for this scholarship.
