Early childhood education and elementary education are often discussed as service professions, but they are also leadership professions.
Educators influence not only the development of children, but also the strength of families, the stability of the workforce, and the future of the communities they serve. In this way, educators are the building blocks of their neighborhoods. Early childhood education is the workforce behind the workforce, and it’s critical to invest in the next generation of exceptional professionals who will keep the academic system thriving.
