Joybridge Mental Health & Inclusion Scholarship
There are many students who are passionate about mental health, trauma-informed care, and advocating for underrepresented groups in research and clinical trials.
These passionate and resilient individuals should be uplifted throughout their educational journeys so they can complete their degrees and make a difference as they begin their careers. The inaccessibility of the mental health system negatively impacts the outcomes of those who need help, especially those with financial limitations and those from minority backgrounds who may not see themselves represented by mental health professionals.
This scholarship seeks to empower the next generation of changemakers dedicated to advancing mental health research, promoting brain health awareness, and fostering diversity in psychology and neuroscience.
Any minority, low-income undergraduate or graduate student who is pursuing psychology, neuroscience, cognitive science, public health, or a related field may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they’re committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health research and care.
To apply, tell us about your passion for mental health, your career goals, and how you plan to help boost diversity and inclusion in the field, highlighting any experiences that have shaped your goals.
