Joanette Coogan Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship aims to honor the life and memory of Joanette Coogan by supporting students who are graduating from her alma mater, Ellsworth High School.
High school graduation is often a jumping-off point for many students, allowing them to pursue their dreams through college and their ensuing careers. However, financial need can make it difficult for students to access the higher education they seek as college costs soar and student loan interest rates climb.
Any high school senior at Ellsworth High School in Wisconsin may apply for this scholarship if they have financial need. However, applicants with strong academic qualifications, work experience, and plans to attend college are preferred, as are female students.
