This scholarship is in recognition of a truly spectacular daughter who demonstrates leadership in every way. Not only does she lead by example, but she’s also a great collaborator.
Most importantly, she leads from her heart because leadership is best provided with others in mind. She is authentic and one of the most genuinely caring people on the planet. Her actions are noticed, and they inspire all who are around her. She has been deeply impacted by competitive swimming, a sport that teaches kids to flourish independently and as a group.
This scholarship aims to honor an incredible daughter who excels in leadership in every area of her life.
Any high school senior in the Clearfield or Centre County of Pennsylvania who demonstrates leadership both in the classroom and outside of school may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they have participated in a competitive swim team for at least three years.
To apply, tell us why you consider yourself to be a student leader and a leader in the pool as a swim teammate. Additionally, upload a letter of recommendation from a swim team coach or program leader that can speak to your leadership skills.

The winner will be publicly announced on May 12, 2027. Prior to the announcement date, we may contact finalists with additional questions about their application. We will work with donors to review all applications according to the scholarship criteria. Winners will be chosen based on the merit of their application.
Award checks will be sent to the financial aid office of the winner's academic institution or future academic institution in their name to be applied to their tuition, and in the name of their institution (depending on the school's requirements). If the award is for a qualified educational non-tuition expense, we will work with the winner directly to distribute the award and make sure it goes towards qualified expenses.
Before we award the scholarship, the winner will be required to confirm their academic enrollment status. Depending on the circumstances, verification of Student ID and/or their most recent transcript will be required.
