Ellen Randolph Memorial Nursing Scholarship

Ellen Randolph was a beloved wife, mom, nana, sister, and friend who touched countless lives through her kind heart and her career of service.

For 59 years, Ellen shared a deeply loving marriage with her husband—a partnership marked by mutual adoration, devotion, laughter, and a lifetime of memories built side by side. The love they had for one another was unmistakable and remains a treasured part of the legacy she leaves behind.

Ellen was also a retired nurse, and aside from her husband, children, and grandchildren, nursing was one of the greatest joys and proudest accomplishments of her life. From the stories she shared about growing up with parents who worked in the medical field, to her own years of caring for others, to the extraordinary nurses who cared for her during her final months, nursing has been woven throughout her family’s story.

Nurses are true heroes, offering not only skill and knowledge, but also comfort, dignity, humor, and compassion during life’s most vulnerable moments.

This scholarship aims to honor the memory of Ellen Randolph by supporting the next generation of nursing students.
