Many of today’s international students are part of a new generation of leaders who will use their education to solve global challenges and contribute to the betterment of society. The exchange of knowledge and the melding of cultures is key to building a more interconnected and peaceful world that values inclusivity and collaboration.

This scholarship seeks to honor the legacy of Michael J. Edwards by supporting international students in their pursuit of higher education in the United States.

Any undergraduate or graduate student in the U.S. who is an international student may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they’re a first-generation college student.
