Clarence Penny Jr was passionate about hair design and loved watching others succeed, even if it meant putting aside his own needs.
Clarence was dedicated to helping others pursue their goals and would have wanted the next generation of hair dressers and other cosmetology students to have the necessary resources to achieve their dreams.
This scholarship seeks to honor Clarence’s memory by helping current or aspiring cosmetology students finance their education and pursue the career of their dreams.
