As someone born into a family of migrant farm workers and as a first-generation college student, I deeply understand the financial challenges associated with higher education. As a Military Veteran it allowed me the privilege of accessing educational benefits, leading to the achievement of my graduate degree. Personally, and at The XLG Group, we recognize the importance of giving back. We're proud to commit to a $500 scholarship for students from migrant farm working families and another $500 scholarship for those from veteran families.
