Women in Christian Faith-Based Leadership Scholarship

The Women in Faith-Based Leadership Scholarship was created out of a lifelong passion for equipping women to lead with integrity, faith, and vision. As a U.S. military veteran and a doctoral student in strategic leadership with over a decade of full-time ministry experience, I have seen firsthand the profound impact that strong, Christ-centered leadership can have on communities, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Throughout my journey in church planting, executive ministry, and nonprofit development, I have often encountered women with tremendous callings and leadership potential who faced significant barriers in pursuing the education they needed to step fully into their roles. Many of these women are already serving faithfully in their communities, yet financial challenges can limit their ability to complete degrees, access leadership development opportunities, or fully pursue the work God has placed on their hearts. This fund was established to remove those barriers and to invest in the next generation of women who will guide faith-based and community-focused organizations with excellence and sustainability. My goal is to create a lasting impact by empowering women at all levels of higher education to grow in knowledge, confidence, and capacity to lead. Ultimately, I envision this fund as a way to multiply influence supporting leaders who will, in turn, strengthen communities, mentor others, and extend Kingdom impact for years to come.
