Our goal
Victoreea Shanece Harris "Dr. Vic," born a miracle baby, blessed her parents and those who knew her in life beyond measure. Victoreea was smart, kind, and dedicated to helping those in need. She aspired to pay forward her own miracle with the development of medicinal miracles for others. Her biggest goal in life was helping and curing as many people as possible.
Victoreea proudly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Jackson State University, then a Doctorate in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Roseman University of Health Sciences. Dr. Vic had been pursuing her dream career for about six years before her life was cut prematurely short by clots and massive strokes. In true form to who she was, Victoreea elected organ donation, and her parents honored this by paying her miracle life forward to others in critical need.
Established in memory of Victoreea Shanece "Dr. Vic" Harris, the VSH scholarship aims to celebrate her life by supporting women students committed to a career goal in pharmacy and who face financial hardships during their educational journey. This scholarship aims to honor Victoreea's hard work, selflessness, and beautiful light by providing funds for another deserving woman pursuing a PharmD degree. Additionally, this scholarship’s goal is to encourage future generations to follow their dreams, as Victoreea so nobly did.
