Our story
Vicki was a true reflection of Christ’s love, living a life devoted to selflessness, service, and always putting others first.
Throughout her many journeys as an Air Force spouse to her husband Dan, and alongside their children, Vicki created a home filled with unwavering love, strength, and support, no matter where life took them.
During the last three months of her life, she spent countless hours in hospitals and rehabilitation facilities. Throughout that time, we were blessed to meet many extraordinary nurses who provided not only expert care, but also profound comfort to both my mom and our family. Thanks to their unwavering dedication, Vicki made remarkable strides in her recovery.
It truly takes a special kind of person to offer the level of compassion and care that these nurses gave to my mom. In her honor, we would like to help nurture the next generation of nurses who will go on to touch the lives of many others with the same kindness and skill.
Our goal
Donations to this fund will go on to support the Jennifer D. Hale Memorial Scholarship, which will provide scholarships to future compassionate nurses, like the ones who helped care for Vicki.

In loving memory of Vicki, who selflessly cared for others her entire life. In support of future nurses, that they may carry on her legacy.

Cloppas Family, very sorry to hear about your loss. Vicki was a great person and so kind. She also slayed in the kitchen and made a mean Eclair Cake. Thinking of you all and sending lots of love and light.

We were so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing (Aunt Vicki to Debbie & Missy). We've been keeping all your family in our prayers. This scholarship is a very honorable tribute to your Mother. Sincerely, Burl & Patricia
