Venables Science and Educator Scholarship Fund

For 31 years, I have been part of a close-knit family of education professionals and students at Northwestern High School. As I move on to a new chapter of my life, I want to create a legacy that will nurture and encourage students who are choosing to pursue a career in science or education. • Why These Fields? Science and education are the bedrock of a thriving society. Whether it’s a future researcher solving global challenges or a passionate teacher inspiring the next generation in a classroom just like mine, these students represent our brightest hope. However, the path to these degrees is often met with significant financial hurdles. • Our Goal The Venables Science and Educator Scholarship aims to provide $1,000 grants to graduating seniors to help ease the burden of tuition and supplies. My dream is to move beyond a single award; if we exceed our fundraising goals, we can offer multiple scholarships each year, reaching even more deserving Trojans.
