Our story
Tony Miller was a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Corp of Engineers, who served for 29 years, 11 months, and 11 days. Though he was from Artesia, California, he made Waynesville, Missouri his home: you could see him running about town, socializing with his friends, or painting a building. Tony was full of life. Tony and his wife Sunny were married for 39 years, loving and supporting each other through life's ups and downs. They enjoyed each other's company, and small adventures, such as driving to Maine on a whim to see the leaves change colors in the Fall.
Our goal
Tony Miller loved learning, being a part of his communities, and helping others. I want to honor him and his legacy by providing this scholarship to those who share his passions.
