SKH Empowering for Women Scholarship Fund

Women are making up an increasingly large share of employees, leaders, and bosses, yet they’re still underrepresented in many sectors. For example, only 19.9% of firms that employed workers in the US are women-owned, and 82.8% of these women-owned firms are owned by white women. In order to truly create a more equal workforce, women need to be encouraged to pursue leadership positions in the business world. Commitment to one’s community makes the world a better place, one act of kindness at a time.

 This scholarship fund seeks to support female students in Massachusetts who are pursuing business degrees so they can afford to complete their education.
