Our story
Praccess has been fighting student debt since April 2021, giving scholarships to several students in that time. They support disabled students and veterans in Southeast Los Angeles County and Whittier, where Henry Bouchot, its founder, serves as a councilmember. Henry is a former U.S. Marine and has created this scholarship fund to help support military veterans in their transition to civilian life. Student veterans frequently face mental health challenges. This fund exists to help California veterans transition from military to civilian life by reducing the obstacles to obtaining and benefiting from a post-secondary education.
