Penny Collins Scholarship Fund

Queens of Joy is based in Tallahassee and has been fighting student debt with Bold.org since April 2021. While the world has seen great progress with women’s rights and gender equality over the past century, there is more to be done. Challenges women face in the workplace are even greater for women of color. That's why Queens of Joy has made this scholarship fund: to give opportunities to young women of color to pursue their goals.
