LA Kids for Change Scholarship Fund

Foster youth are set at a disadvantage compared to others when it comes to navigating the college admissions process. Even though the vast majority of kids in the foster care system want to go to college, many face social and economic challenges that prevent them from receiving a higher level of education. LA Kids For Change is an organization that gives financial aid to students in the foster care system so they can overcome financial setbacks. All students should have an equal playing field when it comes to pursuing higher education. LA Kids For Change has been fighting student debt in pursuance of this goal since January 2022.

This scholarship fund supports students in the Los Angeles foster system and helps them achieve their academic goals.
