The palliative care team, network, and resources were miracle workers for the McCormack family during this difficult time, leaving a lasting impact on their lives. This scholarship aims to honor the memory of James Gabriel by financially supporting those who have survived a congenital heart defect. Any high school junior or senior who has survived a congenital heart defect may apply for this scholarship.
