Jae'Sean Tate BUILT Scholarship Fund

After years of playing college basketball at Ohio State University, Jae'Sean Tate didn’t hear his name called on Draft Night. And yet, he wasn’t discouraged, but rather determined. Though it took an unconventional route to get to the NBA, Jae'Sean had support from all sides. And the support didn’t stop when he got to the NBA. The Houston community embraced him as one of their own, and he was named NBA 1st Team All Rookie last year, with the help of the local Coffee Community. Each one of the steps on his way to success came with support. That’s why he is giving back, supporting the minority members of the Coffee and Food Service Industry who are taking the steps to achieve their goals and dreams, no matter how unconventional the route.
